Prices
The prices indicated below are all charges included
(water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, Internet access, tourist tax).

Summer vacation (July and August)

Standard price
The standard price is 3 900€/ week (7-day rental duration) for the rest of the year
A refundable security deposit of 1000 € will be asked at the time of your arrival.
No other mandatory fees
End-of-stay cleaning service included!
Booking conditions
- 33% of the total cost (to be paid at the time of booking)
- Outstanding balance: total cost (to be paid 70 days before arrival date)
- Payment methods: bank transfer, cash, check from a French bank emitted in France.
